The location, Ponsonby, is a beautiful area close to
restaurants, and the view of the Sky Tower for the New Year fireworks was fantastic. The staff was helpful and set up our take-away dinner perfectly in our room. However, the room itself felt a bit dated.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed visiting Viaduct Harbour and checking out Queens Wharf. The luxurious room and delicious breakfast made it all worthwhile. The friendly staff helped us feel right at home, and the drinks hour was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, be ready for a few stairs when you arrive.

An evening of delightful surprises
The warm welcome from Cuong Manh Ha set the tone for our stay. Breakfast on the balcony with a view was simply lovely, and the complimentary wine made us feel special.
Unfortunately, our check-out experience was less pleasant, with a cold demeanor from the staff. The room, though charming, lacked enough space for comfortable dining.

Couple getaway heaven
The staff here. Every evening they set up a cozy little social hour in the library where we sipped on fine wine while chatting with other guests, which really added a personal touch to our stay. The complimentary mini bar was a pleasant surprise, it felt like we were getting treated like VIPs.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was worth every cent.
